Instant Dukaan (operated by Insta Biz Web) is a multi-tenant e-commerce platform where individual shopkeepers manage and fulfill their own orders. Shipping and delivery are handled by the respective shopkeeper from whom you purchase products. This policy provides general guidelines applicable to all stores on www.instantdukaan.com.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • Shipping availability depends on the individual shopkeeper and their service area.
  • Most stores on Instant Dukaan ship across India.
  • International shipping may not be available for all stores. Please check with the respective store.
  • Some remote areas or pin codes may not be serviceable.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are determined by the individual shopkeeper and are displayed at checkout.
  • Some stores may offer free shipping above a certain order value.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or wrong product.

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive order confirmation and shipping updates via email.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number (if provided by the shopkeeper) to track your shipment. You can check your order status in your account under "My Orders".

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact the shopkeeper or email us.
  • In case of lost shipments, we will work with the shopkeeper and courier to resolve the issue.
  • A full refund or re-shipment will be provided for orders confirmed as lost.

8. Damaged Products on Delivery

If you receive a damaged product, please do not accept the delivery (if possible) or contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos of the damage. We will coordinate with the shopkeeper for a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Digital Products / Subscriptions

For shopkeeper subscriptions and other digital services, there is no physical shipping involved. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
