Instant Dukaan is a multi-tenant e-commerce platform operated by Insta Biz Web that allows shopkeepers to create and manage their own online stores with custom subdomains. End customers can browse products and place orders on individual storefronts.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Shopkeeper Terms

• Shopkeepers must pay the applicable subscription fee to maintain an active store.
• Shopkeepers are responsible for the accuracy of product listings, pricing, and descriptions on their store.
• Shopkeepers must comply with all applicable laws regarding the products they sell.
• Shopkeepers must not sell prohibited, illegal, counterfeit, or restricted items.
• Shopkeepers are responsible for order fulfillment, shipping, and customer service for their store.
• We reserve the right to suspend or remove stores that violate our policies.

5. Customer Terms

• Customers must provide accurate shipping and billing information when placing orders.
• Customers agree to pay the listed price including applicable taxes for products ordered.
• Order cancellation and return policies are as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST where mentioned.
• We do not store your payment card details. All payment information is handled by Razorpay.
• Subscription payments for shopkeepers are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Product payment refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, trademarks, and software on the Instant Dukaan platform are the property of Insta Biz Web or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Shopkeepers retain ownership of their product images and content uploaded to their stores.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

9. Limitation of Liability

Instant Dukaan and Insta Biz Web act as a platform provider. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of products listed by shopkeepers. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.

10. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
