1. Overview
At Instant Dukaan (operated by Insta Biz Web), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds on our platform www.instantdukaan.com.
2. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped/dispatched by the shopkeeper.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery instead.
- To cancel an order, please contact the respective store's customer support or email us at info@instabizweb.com.
3. Order Cancellation by Shopkeeper
Shopkeepers may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or if the order cannot be fulfilled for any valid reason. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund.
4. Refund for Product Orders
Eligible for Refund:
- Product received is damaged, defective, or broken.
- Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered).
- Product significantly differs from the description on the listing.
- Order cancelled before shipment.
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Product used, altered, or not in original condition.
- Products marked as "non-returnable" or "final sale".
- Refund request made after 7 days of delivery.
5. Refund Process
- To request a refund, contact us at info@instabizweb.com with your order ID and reason for refund.
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed through Razorpay and may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
6. Subscription Refund (Shopkeepers)
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
- If you face issues with the platform within the first 7 days of subscription, you may request a refund by contacting us.
- Refund requests for subscriptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- No refund will be issued for partial usage of the subscription period.
7. Return & Exchange
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of product delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or wrong product.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability with the respective shopkeeper.
8. Refund Amount
Refunds will be issued for the product amount paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product). Any applicable discounts or coupons used will be deducted proportionally from the refund amount.
